Employee Referral Bonus Program

 

We are always looking for great people, and you can help.

 

Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that staff members who come into our business through employee referrals are excellent contributors and stay with us longer. They are also less costly to recruit.  

 

If you know someone who you think would be a great addition to our business and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, it will be worth £100.00 if you refer them for employment, they are hired and remain in the business for 6 months. 

 

Please refer candidates who meet the qualifications using the Candidate Referral Form.

The referral bonus program has some rules:

  1. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within six months of the initial referral date.

  2. Management and HR employees are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.

  3. The referral candidate must represent the candidate's first contact with Trevors Foodservice. Temporary contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral.

  4. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted via the Staff Intranet using the Candidate Referral Form.

  5. If we wish to take this further, we will request a CV from the candidate.

  6. All referrals must have given prior approval for their details to be submitted to the business, otherwise the referral will be null and void and all details destroyed.

  7. Once a referral is hired and completes 6 months of service, the employee responsible for the referral will receive the referral bonus.

  8. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.

  9. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organisation’s policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
